Short version: we only use what you send us to reply about your job, and we use Google Analytics to see how the site is used.

What we collect

When you request an estimate, we receive your name, phone number, town and any email address, message and photos you choose to include. We also keep the page you sent the form from.

How we use it

To contact you about your job, prepare an estimate and keep a record of the work. We don’t sell or share your details with anyone else for marketing.

Photos

Photos you send are private to Tree Works and used only to look at your job. We’ll ask before using any photo of your property on this website.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this site: which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are, what device they use, and whether they called or sent the estimate form. It uses cookies and doesn’t tell us who you are. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.

Removing your details

Call 919-738-3333 or email eddietreeworks@gmail.comand we’ll delete what we hold about you.
